I've seen that as well. I don't think it's an actually real head item. I think it's similar to what ebay users do to boost visibility of their sales.

i.e like a listing title like "weird ape guy Real Head Rxh Gargamel Secret Base"

IIRC, it was Mori's contribution to a 10-set of minis from different makers.

I know I saw a pic of this 10-set on SB just today, but now I can't find it, natch ...

Artstorm 1st set of 15 minis - it's Real x Head's contribution so, yes it is RxH.
