If I am not mistaken (I back from a night of drinking) is from Marusan's "Ultra Kaiju" line, of original kaiju and their rival, Ulra Ace (no relation to Ultraman Ace). |

The original vintage figure shows up periodically on YJA while the re-issue, like the one in the picture you've posted, shows up all the time for pretty cheap. Awesome figure - I really like the back too. It's like his back is made of a big pile of clunky rocks or something.
