have this header think its a M1 mini came with a little dinasaur

would like to see some more of these little guys if some one has a bunch of them the one i got has an articulated waist and is blue with yellow spray on the chest has six spikes in the back of the head and about 2 and a half inches tall

This is from the M1 Bullmark reissue set that came out in 2004 or 2005. One set came in a giant egg, the other just in a larger bag. You can find photos of them all on the Clubtokyo site in the Figures -> M1 -> Figure sets section.

There've also been a lot of these released as different colorways either with larger figures or by themselves. If you check out Figures > M1 > Small Scale on Club Tokyo you'll be able to see most if not all of the different ones that have been done.
