I was just looking at the Jyarinco site and on the main page is this image:

Can anybody please identify the guy front row center, hunched over with the gnarly eye?

Crazy Eleking, Kemura Seijin and Gomess there too. But I don't like my kaiju all McFarlanized, just horror stuff.

Looks to me like a built up kit. I can only recall a few Moleman figures made (Sideshow did a 12" and I think a 7" too, but not in that pose) but there are a ton of garage kits and plastic kits out there. Looking at the paint app it looks too nice to be anything but a high-end Japanese figure, so I'd guess its a kit build.

The lizard looking dude is from Laserblast and it looks like that one is a built up kit by Billiken.

Billiken did the original version of the vinyl kit
remade by Horizon, the Horizon kit is cheaper and easier to find.
