Ken and One-Up couldn't be nicer or more efficient. They have one of the quickest shipping practices I've ever experienced. Someone told me they have a post office in the same building as their store. I ordered a toy and had it in my hands in Calif. in two days.
I think this e-mail still works one-up@zau.att.ne.jp
Ken's english is not very good so just stick to the point and you shouldn't have any trouble.
Good luck!

Haha, no problem. There are a couple of cool cases there, and the guy who runs the shop is nice but I plan on haunting the Mandarake on the fourth floor that sells all the super old toys and advertising stuff just because they always have creepy mannequins and stuff all over the place.
