When are we seeing an Evil with the Acrokaizer chest?

Since this pic looks like it has the Bigaro as a early-proto and that materialised. When are me going to see the guys in the bottom left?

Well spotted, a one-off that Mori put up for the lucky draw at Patchi kaiju.
Eve Knewnan doesn't have this one (or does he?)

Yes this was the first appearence of Bigaro. I think those other dudes were just for fun.
