I just got my Akuma Kun figs from DXSXH in the mail this morning and I have to say they are SO ghetto I love them. I will post pics later but there are bubbles in the vinyl, parts of the sculpt look like they were done with a paper clip. If I paid retail on em id be bummed but I scored 3 of em for cheap so they are making me VERY happy right now.

Here is pineapple san - hes the prime offender. Hes got round feet and cant stand on his own. bubbles in the vinyl and even tho the pics are crap there are fingerprints in the vinyl. Look at his crotch area there is some random circle sculpted with what looks like it was done with a paper clip

heres the ganesh dude -
His primary fault/charm is that hes full of bubbles and the sculpt of his eyes dont even connect the top line with the bottom one.

it says "omori"...it's like a weight to make him heavier. that's all i can go by since i can't really read the bulk of the text :(

Well the feet are round at the bottom and it doesnt stand. Does that mean i should weight him down so he can actually stand? Not ragging I still love these guys.

It just says something about weighting the figure on the inside to give it balance. Kind of weird that they would design it as such, although I'm sure there is some reason for it...

Incidentally, I had no idea that the Akuma-kun characters were from a TV show. It's not Kitaro, but also created by Mizuki.

Thanks for the translation and the correction. You know the feet arent flat. I have no idea why theyd do it like that either. Does anyone else own the pineapple dude? Interested to know if this was an early proto version that was corrected later.

Yeah definitely I love their ghettoness and that their in "dolly pink". They could very well be protos I think they were a wonderfest release.
