Jeezus, it's like you guys are JFK conspiracy theorists around here...

The White Light/White Heat version was 10+3, just like all the releases. 10 GID painted, each a different paint scheme, and 3 "Warhol's ghost" version, unpainted GID w/white hair.

Shigeru did part of the run as a lottery, the rest were for me to give as bonus to folks who bought a painting at the show.

I don't know what header the mixed-part Nags come with - one of Shig's I assume.

It's cuz we've gotsk the Paranoïa

Actually i wasn't worried about a conspiracy or accusing anyone of wrongdoing, it's just that things didn't seem that clear.

Thanks for shedding light on the details. Are the +3 part of the lottery for the painted glows or are they part of your expo perks stash ?

Thats the one I wanted most in the lottery !!!! My favorite release so far. I love the first and original Nag. I love him with no hair. I love the green glow. I love the Coop header art. And nude pictures of a hot girl? Well whats not to love about that? Cant own it. happy just to see it.

Was this announced beforehand or just a nice surprise after you bought a painting?

Meh, once a platform artist, always a platform artist I guess.

Like the way he's gotta give away NAGS to sell his paintings.

Wonder how many were left, lol!

sorry Alice, i have to disagree, i think its a double edged sword. this has reinvented Coop in many ways and he seems to be having a great time while cranking out over the top artwerK relevant to modern mans' world of mindfucks.

having fun doing what one loves is the best life has to offer. plus i will say for a fact Coop was kind enough to exchange a quite a few pms with a pissed off fan to clear up a misunderstanding. besides you can't argue he pulls off the 'Dr. LaVey' look in that suit pretty damn well.

my ongoing and single complaint on Nag is with the low production runs but having painted a few runs of various figures i know how hard it can get. 'Come in dispatch, sssend more blanks!'

Good question, I remember reading somewhere here that these wouldn't have made the gallery due to the markup...

No mistake. You read it right here:

There will not be any for sale at the show - no way to cut in the gallery without a ridiculous markup.

Not as ridiculous as making you buy a c͚̮̼̜͈͎̫ͭͩͮͩͩ̉rͨä́p̉́̓̌pͬ̑̾̐ͣ̌̿̽ͬy̓̏̿̃ painting to get one.
But that's just my opinion.

Sorry animator. Technology is apparently not my friend today :). The paint job is amazing on this and really brings out the details. Will try and take better pics when I can.

I like this one more then the 2 COOP got, really cool! Almost my favorite overall release....but not sure.

That's why they were gifts, and I seriously doubt anyone bought a painting to get a nag - most of them had never seen or heard of a nag before.

That's what I was thinking. Wonder how many buyers just tossed it to the side or looked at eBay and will sell it for a post purchase discount on the painting.

Haha, don't know if you took my post wrong or took it right and disagree with it. Personally I would prefer one of your paintings over a nag.
