boner. I love Disney and Neighborhood always does quality (albeit expensive) work. Should be a winner - hopefully the run isn't low on this! |

mmm, like Neighborhood stuff (but not the prices) and Disney is OK, but this little glimpse does nothing for me. Zero articulation made in China Disney statues. The knife has Neigborhood on it tho. Yeah - not enough. Maybe if they were $5? Now give a new neighborhood dog, with some 4 legged articulation - and I'd be all over that. |

Why do dogs get all the love, let's get a neighborhood cat in the mix. Specifically a Persian. |

I dunno the cheerleading on this thread smacks of fanboyism... just sayin. Theres nothing that great about these figurines other than a logo. I prefer Marx Disney figurines to these any day. ![]() audiodifficulties wrote: Except mindstyle would never do anything this cool. abelincolnjr wrote: Mutonismyfriend wrote: mmm, like Neighborhood stuff (but not the prices) and Disney is OK, but this little glimpse does nothing for me. I'm really not sure what is so cool about this, other than teh Neighborhood logo on the knife. Maybe there is something uber cool I cant see on the front. Can someone explain? Now BxH did something uber cool when they released an articulated Mickey with studded belt and black hoodie oh so long ago - that rooooooooled! Then Worthfield borrowed this idea and made some ultra cool Mickeys using what looks like the same moulds. I have a Worthfield "Goth" Mickey in leather trench coat and platform boots is killer in thought and execution. Thug Mickey is also hilarious - cant believe Disney said yes to that one. I'm not even a big Mickey fan - but these toys scream style and thought! PS. Mindstyle's Lau Gardener book is seriously amazing by the way. But those poor Mickey platform toys they did suck so hard - right down to the zero inspiration artists used to cover 'em up. I heard a rumor that maybe DIsney's call tho. audiodifficulties wrote: Except mindstyle would never do anything this cool. abelincolnjr wrote: Mutonismyfriend wrote: mmm, like Neighborhood stuff (but not the prices) and Disney is OK, but this little glimpse does nothing for me. I love the big bad wolf and mickey, I wish mickey had a knife also, maybe he has it in front of him. I think these are awesome but probably won't buy them, I haven't seen any mindstyle stuff that I loved, and figures I've picked up from them were kind of eh. I don't hate on things just cause they are western, just if they are crap. And those Marx figures are awesome. |

You see this is what I don't like, to me it just doesn't fit well on the knife to me. Maybe if Neighborhood was written on the suspenders it would fit better.
