Pictures are kind of dark so its hard to get a full feel for the figure, but it looks better than the R.I. in my opinion! |

Base or no base. It's a vast improvement on the R.I. It's this one right?

that must be the art that was used for the new figure ! if somebody asked you, before this new figure was done, if you could imagine that this pen/ink artwork can be turned into a toy.....wouldnt you also have said "no way" ? incredible !! |

I just fear the day they do a Usugrow fight figure . . . a Skullwing x Atom Age Vampire hybrid with a Usugrow twist would melt my brain! (as long as it was self-supporting) |

jebcrow wrote: audiodifficulties wrote: So another statue basically. that seems to be the "next level",,,,more statue than toy How many points of articulation does the RI have, two? Although I hear you can move the arms if you try hard enough... I like it. As Jürgen already pointed out, it's an astonishingly accurate transition from art to figure/statue. I guess thats why the RI doesn't appeal to me, besides the whole "urban" look to it. I like toys, not arts made into something. |

I think I will be told very soon that I was wrong...but is it really possible to make this a vinyl figure ? I can imagine that it is very difficult due to the slim "arms" and the rest of the thin long elements....more likely to be made of resin or metal ??? |

don't forget vinyl does not need to be hollow, could be a combo injection/rotary molding |

Not possible if its one piece, but it you divided the arm in to say 2 or 3 places its possible. |

I prefer toys myself but I also love my ho chi mihn bust (puts on flame retardent suit) so even if it has no articulation it should still be sweet in hand |

that is what I figured a piece for the arm and a separate piece for the pen |
