Thanks to a bunch of help from people on here, I finally caught up with all of the Smoking Corps humanoid types (I'm still 2 Cigarette Harms away, so I'll add those when I get them. Here is a visual guide to them:

Really like all the inserts for these guys. I didn't know there was an orange keychain pocket version until now either. Must get one. |

One set of the guts and the human figure in general are based on the vintage shonen cyborg KO vinyl:  The orange pocket keychain was a Gargamel friend gift from 2008 (if I recall correctly) I don't believe it was for sale. |

nice! I seem to remember, at one point a few years ago, Gargamel had put on their site a number of innards - were those all of them? |

Yes those are the innards you can print and put in yourself. According to An Encyclopedia of Kaiju "We wanted to make the insides out of paper, but couldn't fit it into our budget, so we made files that could be downloaded from our homepage instead." Occasionally you see some of these sets still carded with guts inserted which I assume means they were opened had guts inserted then were re-packaged by the owner. You can also use the downloadable guts as a template to make your own:
