Where's all the real show coverage anymore? Pachi Summit just came and went, and the most we've seen are a couple heads up for releases on KC. Where's all the show pics and whatnot?

Thanks, Joe. Gotta put out a feeler for the metallic green painted RxH/Yamazakura guy.

Yikes, I covered 5 shows in March and one last week, and other folks are doing what they can. There were like 4-5 sets of images from the Mishka N3 show, Methinks Internetters doth complain too much.

There is way less coverage than before. Kadomium is only person that regularly brings back photograph galleries at this point. Andy, we definitely appreciate your efforts and write-ups, but what P5 says is true. K-T was a big source of event coverage and they are gone- sadly, along with their galleries.

Thanks, Andy. I'm afraid I somehow didn't notice Kaju Korner before... consider me a reader and follower from now on, and looking forward to your next coverage  :)

Alas, not being in Japan all the time, I can only cover what I can cover, It is a lot of work to put together show coverage. The image + info organization + write up can take several hours.

Anyway, I think a few of us still do it - we just don't post a note on this site after every show.

Verily, after a "methinks" and an "alas," I feeleth Bardacious.

Fuck coverage.
I'm already dreading SDCC.
I should just conveniently forget my camera.
Oh yea, Kaiju Korner rules.
I'm just glad you're back to updating Andy.

There's no info on any future release on that page. I'm sure it will be soon enough.

Joe dude you are seriously fighting the good fight every day. Epic info reportage!

A while ago I pretty much had to start limiting myself to covering the events I attend in person + shop visits + random odds and ends like hard hitting, no holds barred exposes on canned coffee and onsen hot spots.

I was talking to Mori today, and he had a proto of this guy. I thought it was an interesting sculpt, especially the pose, but Mori didn't quite agree. He made it clear that he had nothing to do with this toy. To the point that he asked me to mention it on here. This is only Yamazakura.

The back of this guy is a little boring, but I like the way he leans forward. I agree with Mori that the single doll eye is a little too similar to RxH's Chaos.

I like the sculpt of this new Yamazakura guy. Except for that doll eye. I dig the asymmetrical sculpts that Yamazakura obviously favors, but that eye doesn't really fit and kind of ruins it for me.

Thanks for the info on the Yama guy... I will keep that in mind. I guess the doll-eye is pretty distinctly 'Chaos', but I have a couple other figures with doll eyes at this point, so I don't mind.
