They were huge in japan in the 70's and yes he is a douche and this looks like a bad custom.

Kind of doubt Okuda san could do a technically bad custom. Its probably masterfully done but still a KISS tribute.

Here is my GID custom by Okuda san from Wonderfest 2007. Anyone else have any non-KISS related Atelier G-1 Hedorah pics to share? I love this sculpt despite being a kit not a toy, which usually is not my thing.

Here is mine. I really love this sculpt and the paint job. I don't mind it being a kit, as long as it comes painted and assembled (except for the tail). It's on micro-glitter black vinyl.

Those metallics are awesome, I bet they look really good in person with the glitter. I didn't realize the eye wound was a separate piece.

@plasticXO: Is this one of the official colorways? Very nice!

In my eyes, this is the best Hedorah sculpt of them all (well, this one and the Doarat).
I am still looking for one of the Blobpus CWs, they were just perfect.

Yes, it's one of the original releases. Signed and numbered.

Surely one of the best hedorah sculpts, I agree.
