So anyone of our Jp correspondents know what is happening at SecretBase for Halloween? Mark, Joe? Inquiring minds need to know!

Theres a super cute Skullfaced Hello Kitty up for grabs - and available from Lulu to coincide. Anything else happening?

Looks grim so far, stuff is usually announced before Halloween along with surprises day of. I always look to Cure and SB for my Halloween fix every year, im sure something will pop up besides the hello kitty thing.

Doesn't seem like Halloween gets the love it once used to in the world of vinyl.

that's the feeling i've been getting. years past have been loaded with halloween goodness you couldn't keep track of it all, now it seems everyone is desperately scrambling and clawing just to see something.

With the number of everyday releases coming out it seems like Halloween just gets over looked. Kinda disappointing when there is so much potential for releases.

OTOH, isn't it nice not to want to buy something? At least that's what I keep trying to tell myself when it comes to SB...

Hiddy reads this stuff doesn't he?
I think we established that he takes note from time to time.

I appreciate that he has a business, he's an artist and his tastes change, but... you know.... Throw us a bone, mate.

It is so sad. Secret Base and Halloween went hand in hand for me. I was always amped when October 1st rolled around waiting to see what Hiddy had planned. Always next year...

It seems Hiddy is focusing on the little kids rather then the big kids. :shock:http://hysteric-mini.com/25th_blog/ I got a pushead siamese from SB two weeks ago. No complaints from me whatsoever....

It must be the Japan economy, It's take it's toll and nobody is taking chances. it seems for the last 1 1/2 years the releases had been a little lukewarm, compare to the releases they had before that.

SB and Helloween is Like Christmas and egg nog or Thanksgiving and turkey.

He does seem to be taking less chances and doing more "popular" things. But doesn't SB ALWAYS sell out of product when new fight figures and such come out?, I don't recall them ever having that stuff hang around the shop that much.

The Siamese Captain and the Hysteric Glamor 25th anniv release was my SB halloween - for which I am grateful. I wouldnt have minded a kitty - but it really wouldnt fit anywhere in my collection.

Apart from that cute Refreshment toy it seems not many of our other favorite companies did anything much for Halloween either.
