Hey all, you can send questions to Gargamel at info_en@gargamel.jp. They will be updating the site later with prices for international ordering. Right now everything is on a first come first served basis.

I'm slightly askew here...so, we email that address asking to order what ever is listed on their online store site?

I emailed them about a year ago and never got a response....thats hot

They never had anyone that could respond in English until now, only one person speaks some english and he is usually not dealing with the shop or orders. And yes, the orders will be on a low tech service right now, you need to ask if something is in stock and then you will get a reply if its still available. Everything is first come first severed right now.

Sounds great in principle, but has anyone heard back yet? This song sounds familiar.

Update- got a good informative reply, they had what I wanted in (no Real Head) they can take paypal so it looks pretty good. & they ship EMS!

I got a similar reply from them. The only snag is that they quoted me "foreign" prices that are about 40% above the yen prices published in their webstore (eg. $35 for a 3,000 yen item). Add on EMS and it'll probably be comparable to buying these items stateside.

I'll post again when and if the transaction is completed.

You know you're right. I was quoted $56 for a 5050 yen item. I don't know that sounds right to me. Wonder if it has to do with covering the cost of getting someone to handle english language transactioins for them.

Hey All, I will talk to them about the pricing. We weren't sure what to do as they are including Paypal fees, changing exchange rates and a little compensation for my help. In Japan it is normal for the buyer to pay any payment fees. Sorry to bum anyone out!

I'm not too bummed out about it Baikin. I'm just glad to have a chance to order direct from them. Thanks for hooking it up for us.

I'm a little bummed that the stuff I want is sold out though.

I want to apologise for slow replies you guys, I work a full time regular job during the week so sometimes I can only get to the shop to help on weekends. I am trying to figure out a way to get the shipping and packing squared away quicker so if anyone wants some toys I get them out sooner. I am trying my best!!!
