With recent interest in the completed Bearos figure, I thought I would make a dedicated Goccodo thread. The last time anyone posted photos of his work outside of RxH collaborations was 2008. I've always kinda liked his stuff. Especially the little dude sitting on a toilet. I recently bought the Unkotsu Boy and it didn't dissapoint. |

Grats! I was gonna say "who waits for emails when you can just ask Shige nicely?" but I didn't want to rub it in if you lost the lottery =) I was surprised to see how large these are! Hopefully ゴッコ堂 release a sumo frog in the same colorway. |

Got a bit of a technical question for you guys - I popped off the clear vinyl for a photo and now I can't get it back on there. I tried hairdryer and that's not working.. now it seems it has shrunk in size smaller than it originally was when I initially removed it. The opening can make it past the mouth level of the head. Anybody had any experience messing around with these guys? |

Probably a stupid reply, but did you try heating the head and neck and popping it into the bubble when its cold? Awesome toy. |

Probably what I should have done in the first place - I didn't think vinyl would be affected by heat, but it looks like the clear vinyl dome has permanently shrunk. Two days later and it hasn't returned to it's original size. Oh well, I kinda prefer the toy without the cloudy clear vinyl over the head anyway

^^ I've never heard of this happening before but there is always a first time. Another stupid suggestion, if heat has made it shrink . . . could you put the bubble in your freezer for a bit to see if it has the opposite effect? I think this question needs some actual toy-maker insider attention  How's your Japanese? You could ask Goccodo directly . . . |
