star wars isnt my thing, these seem to be up the same alley as the super convoy stuff. these vintage model kits are the coolest things. i found this cruising around the internet, bored, and found some blog about these weird model kits. had the star wars stuff, these robots, as well as some gundam bootlegs. anyway, the translator said these were called strong corps base ufo. i wish i was in japan to do what star case is doing, but instead do it with these models.

Damn those are all so awesome. Great find Michael. For some reason I am especially drawn towards the animal head ones. Although I prefer vinyl of course, I would absolutely love to see some of these built up and painted per the illustrations (and even more if they were on my shelf  ). I wonder how much detail the models actually had. The Star Case guys leave a lot up to painting, instead of sculpt, but then, that is the vinyl casting too maybe.

Looks like there's an animal series (holy crap these ones rule), a satellite dish series and an electronics series, haha. |

I think most of those figs use this same body. Just different heads. The ufo base is snap together, pre painted and chrome parts.
