IIRC not all of them were literally called "Gold Mist" when they were released. E.G. the first Shintosan was released before the subsequent so-called Gold Mists (if I've got that wrong, someone slap me. This is from memory.) Many collectors called the scheme "gunmetal" for awhile.
I know bansheebot already suggested this but if you have more RxH questions you'll probably want to pose them in one of the existing RxH threads so that the natives don't get too restless.
