I cannot recall when and where I got it from:

She used to come with a simple platform to stand on, which probably had a name on it, but now..

Also, I could never figure out what to do with the ornamental thing to her right. It doesn't fit anywhere on the figure.

Also, although I love the figure as it's so beautifully detailed, it's probably not that unique (since I was able to get it), but I wonder if I wanted to sell it as is, how much could it be worth?

i thought it looked a little like the toys Todd McFarlane used to produce - did a little search . . . . and bingo!
