i learned how to drive in a yukon and it was a breeze to parallel park--but my pontiac sunfire is impossible! (i had a yukon because i delivered the washington post newspaper every morning) |

New York does charge a luxury tax on new SUVs because of gas consumption......Usually it's 500-1000 for SUVs and 1000-1500 on luxury/sport cars..Depends on the model and drivetrain also.. |

Scion XA 38mpg average and it's FUN to drive ! Plus Ford F-150 PU driven to work (1 day) a week for supplies only.Maybe we should start an ENERGY thread in the WHATEVER section and talk about ways to conserve OUR fuel. Is there any interest in this type of conversation here ? |
