softening up the boy's board once more with some dolly stuff. (copied from my thisisblythe.com post)

Let me start by saying that they were NEW Terrycloth boy shorts, that were ill fitting, and thus never actually worn...

the rainbow tube top part is the waist band, the front of the dress is the crotch (sorry), and the straps are the leg elastic. ;)

The headband is more of the waist band, with a small applique (from another pair of underwear!) on it. 100% underwear doll dress.

Crafty, or Crazy? :)

Somehow a bathroom photo shoot seemed appropriate for this dress

Crafty, for sure. Ain't nuttin' wrong with terrycloth...one of my Nike Brewers jersey/shirts is made out of it and it's comfortable. I think it makes a better dress than underwear, though...

the fashion plate in me has to put the 2 cents in. Beautiful dress Missy. Very nicely done but didn't terry go out with that J-Lo look a couple of years ago? I like the fact that you're keeping it alive with the dress form. The simplicity of white with matching headband and dress accent is a nice splash of color. She definitely needs a custom pair of Dunks to go with that dress though. Preferebly all white with the same rainbow colors fading into each other on the swoosh.

Very cool dress Missy. My wife keeps talking about making her own clothes for her Blythe dolls. I'm gonna give her all my worn out undies to work with. :o

yeah, I figured being all shiny only a ceramic glaze could have.
It'll stop me from digging into the jar because it's a constant reminder of how I'll end up.
