Post subject:  Does the RealxHead store in Katsushika carry older releases?
I'm going to be in Tokyo for a few days in Dec, and I'd really like to cop a few of the RxH fortune cats, but since it's an older release I'm not quite sure where to go. Does anyone happen to know whether the RxH store out in Katsushika carries older stuff, or whether they only tend to have their latest releases?

Alternatively, anyone know of another spot in Tokyo that I might be able to cop some RxH fortune cats from?

When I was fortunate enough to visit Mori - San, he only had a handful of current releases and a bit of a backlog behind glass. Wonderful setup.

There's a building called One - Up in Akihabara that carries sofubi like RxH, Secret Base, etc on the seventh floor. They've got plenty older releases, but tend to be a bit pricy.

seconded on the one-up shop they have tons of cool stuff including these small vinyl halloween masks that ive never seen anywhere

My understanding was the new store is more for clothing than toys. I know Mori has held some collaboration events there
with other toy makers but the amount of toys in the store is much, much less than the original store.

Oh, and concerning the fact the baby neko are 'older release' . . . they have always been the RxH best seller and i'm pretty
sure they remain so. Wherever you find RxH toys i'm confident you will find some of the baby cats. I think the large
sized cats aren't released as regularly, though.

Thanks for the recs guys. Mandarake apparently doesn't have any fortune cats at the moment (http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/se ... 7700918583) but maybe their online stock thing is out of date. I'll definitely try One-Up!

The noobie thing to do is not go to Mandarake because they don't have something listed on their website ;)

Hah, word, i kinda figured. Will definitely stop by and also hit up One-Up.

I'm not that picky, I'd take pretty much any mini-cat if the price is right. I'll go ahead and make that post in Wanted now.
