Recent TV commercials for Canon have been featuring a bunch of kids and GODZILLA sporting rather fetching trademark KISS 'Starchild' make-up. You can watch it on Youtube, HERE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6Jex4lwz_U This prompted me to wonder if a new movie was perhaps in the offing. Sources close to the film industry (my mate Ken at Blockbuster) inform me that it's due in 2007/2008 and is provisionally entitled ... ...(wait for it)... "Godzilla vs. Hedorah". Which version of Hedorah they will use, and whether this is to be a remake or not I don't know... ...BUT I THINK WE SHOULD BE TOLD! |

They could use the Hedorah suit from Final Wars. It's very lightly used. They said a new movie wouldn't come out for 10 years. I suppose strong DVD sales may have changed their minds. |

Hedorah (the only Godzilla film he did, btw), will be helming a new Godzilla movie made for IMAX 3-D presentation (  ). Haven't heard yet if Hedorah will be featured in it or not.

I like the original Hedorah much better than the Final Wars Hedorah, so if Hedorah makes another appearance, I hope a new costume is made for the character. |
