does anyone know what the toy in this auction is, or have any info about it?

i'm not familiar with Risk, or this figure.

Good call Jackie - I was interested in that figure myself - I've seen two colorways myself, and also matching shirts. It reminds me of bambi from "who killed Bambi" and the great Rock N Roll Swindle.
