i like max toys and all, but i think that only emailing random members is kinda shitty. why not email everyone and let it be a free for all?

i didnt get an email, i am a member. i dont really care all that much about getting one, but i can imagine there are some folks who are pissed

I dunno....I think it's safe to assume the majority of members wanted it. What's the point in emailing everyone if you know 90% (note: number completely pulled out my ass) of them are going to respond. I think it's more fair than "the 1st 30 to respond". No matter what you do, you piss people off, whether it's those that didn't get an email or those that weren't able to check their mail quick enough and miss out.

hmm i bought a membership because i wanted to support mark in his new endeavour. (not for schwag)

i do think its a bit odd that only "random" members recieved an e-mail.
stings my girly feelings a bit.


but i do understand that people that buy alot from a retailer will get the nod first, if that is the case.

I was only irked when I thought he didn't email anybody and just sold them off somehow, but I later found out he had emailed random peeps. The random nature makes one feel kind of left out, but there is no perfect system for allocating such rare figures. Congrats to those who got them.
