So, you're having a blast looking at all the amazing vinyl figures on any of the slew of great online shops in Japan. "Holy shit! I neeeed this one, and that one, and..." so you click the "order" or "buy now" buttons and get psyched that you FINALLY found these bastards. It says your order has gone through and you'll get an email confirmation in a few days. Of course, when the email comes, it's not the desired confirmation, but a smack in the face telling you they really didn't have it in stock, even though the button was clearly marked "order" and not "out of stock" like the other 500 figures you would have ordered along with the ones you did...

Does anybody else feel like their head is exploding when this happens? I love gazing at the killer stuff I obviously can't order, and I know these shops can't spend their workday updating their sites, but this happens to me 8 out of 10 times. TOTAL JAPANESE ONLINE SHOPPING HEAD EXPLOSION!!!!

The chain of ordering events looks something like this:
  8) :? :( :x   :!:  :!:

I can imagine exactly how frustrating that is. Luckilly I don't order from too many Jp websites.

I also like to see all teh goods they sold, BUT, I hate the way u have to page through them to get to the available stuff - like on Mandarake. Good thing about Mandrake is that when it says available, they are available. Guess they have realm time inventory....unlike some

Actually, just got the dreaded "out of stock" email from Mandrake as well - maybe that's what pushed me over the edge into "head explosion" mode, like you said they usually have the stuff they list as in-stock. The one thing I needed more than anything they have available, and the order button turns out to be bogus.
Ah well, we can't have it all at once, right?

Just for kicks, this is what sparked the insanity...it had the order button up so you can imagine how foolishly psyched I was:

Maybe it's a bit trickier with the storefront items, who knows? The cronic stuff is melting my brain as far as being able to track them down. The harder to get, the sweeter the score.....
