Please help me identify this guy...who made him and when.
I scored him not too long ago, but I cannot find any info on the web.
to me the header looks pretty old...Spectreman???

Maker is Masudaya and the name looks like Baron Zaurus. Not sure about when. |

you are correct. that is Baronsaurus. most of those Matsudaya Spectreman toys are only from a few years ago I believe. early 2000s? |

Yep, less than 5 years old, there is also a light green vinyl version of this particular one. |
