LASH wrote: Does anyone know a good place where I can subscribe to this magazine ?? http://www.fantofan.jp I know he will order magazines from Japan for you- e.g., Dengeki Hobby, Hobby Japan, etc. He's done a magazine-exclusive toy order for me in the past, and is a good guy to work with. Just shoot an e-mail to their address and ask. But otherwise, I would recommend local Japanese bookstores, as well, if you have any in your area. |

Forgot about Hobbylink Japan (http://www.hlj.com), but their magazines sell out fairly quickly. They have an online order system and take credit card as well, if you don't Paypal. |

Is there a Kinokuniya bookstore nearby? They carry it. Aside from being a chain, they also have an online store and you would be buying and shipping in the USA, so probably cheaper. (I have never ordered anything online b/c there is a store in Seattle.) http://www.kinokuniya.com/ |

Hank, does the Kinokuniyo store in the mall carry Hyper Hobby? Everytime I go there, they seem only to have Dengeki Hobby and Hobby Japan. |

I used to work at Kinokuniya SF. They should still offer mail order subscriptions. |

Talk with your local comic book store. Diamond distributes Hyper Hobby. Or at least did the last time I checked KW |

That's especially funny (as in peculiar, not "haha") since the month is written IN ENGLISH on each cover. Kinokuniya is hit or miss. I've gotten the last few issues, but they don't order many. Plus, it sounds like I'm dukin' it out with a few other board members for it every month! |

well either my local shops are either stupid or lazy. The "go to" comic shop I visit carried them years ago and for some reason WONT do it again Only one left.... I will see what they say tomorrow or saturday. What the hell ! |

a comic store would probably order have to order it from diamond.. in that case they'd have to order it a few months ahead of time & they're probably afraid they'll get stuck with it |
