The body is a plush figure. It looks like there were several "variants" made - ie, the plush body doesn't look exactly the same for each one. They used some pretty complex cloth patterns for this one! I'm not sure about the quantities made. BTW, this isn't part of the Mask Ranger series. Now that I think about it, it could well be some Batman sheets cut up and used for plush figyure body part coverings!!!
