Is this one of those toys that Gargamel based some of "Baikin" vinyls on?
I found it in a pile of junk plastic toys.

Paul, they are incredibly rare. I see them sometimes on Yahoo and they are not cheap. Thats so cool you found one!! |

Yah! I found 2 more today sitting on a dust covered ledge in the garage. These are tweeked. I have no idea when or where i got them.
