If its really clear glow vinyl then thats amazing, I didnt know that was even possible. While we're on the subject what the heck is this guy? another company making the same character?

This figure looks like it uses the body from the Bullmark Antler figure and the Bullmark Baltan arms with a Skull head. |

I just checked the EXOHEAD site, linked in the first post, and there's an image of the Galtan with and without the glow in effect. Apparently the toy is clear vinyl and glows blue. |
