Just wonder if there is any official party to verify the authenticity of our vintage items. Like the CIB ? I spot that the starwars darth vadar usually are taken to the CIB and they will give that paper http://www.auctiva.com/hostedimages/sho ... 0&format=0 Can we give them a Marusan KANEGON and they know the way to verify ? |

not a bad question . the blue bullmark kanagon and the blue bandai re issue used pretty much the same colors and unless you are looking at them both in person .....pretty hard to tell . others in the first re issue bandai did are also hard to tell the difference . i know a very savy collector who wont buy a giant red king unless he sees it in person . when marusan re issued some of the marusan originals they were almost exact . smell is one way to tell but kinda hard to smell an auction . |

I have a Bullmark Kanegon & a Bandai re-issue, even in person it's a bit hard for me to tell the difference. |
