really digging in my brain and i just cant think of any vinyl that matches that discription . this is a 2 headed rip off and i have seen one other standard size bootleg ghidra with 2 heads . is this something you have seen before or just curious ?

my brother actually brought it up. he does not collect toys but watched godzilla movies like crazy and he had asked me if i had seen a toy of one. he thought he had a memory of seeing this monster somewhere but wasnt sure where |

Depending on how old you are I think there was a single headed Ghidora style vinyl made in the late 80's early 90's. Not sure it was Empire but another rubbery knock off in the Empire style of "vinyl". Empire made those really bad Godzilla rubber figures and a terrible King Kong. |
