the shop owner of jyrinco gave me this . we were asking what that red lump in the pile of toys he had behind the counter was and he grabed it and handed me this gem .

I really dig that octopus. Was it meant to pour water?

The catfish toy looks sorta Fisher-Price-ish. It reminds me that vintage toys were meant for kids - something we sort of forget amid the collecting!
