Does anyone know who made the little inazuman in this picture? I'm guessing poppy or bandai?

I think it is a Popy mini but I do know it is not a finger puppet. It is missing its legs. Same with the Mazinga.

I just found a picture of the set in comes in in a book. He was originally packaged with a kamen rider, the Mazinger in the picture, and a dumpy robot gorilla I don't know the name of.

yeah, that is the top half of the "flying pose" inazuman by popy. Came in two different carded sets with either yellow hashes for details on the legs, or a solid yellow line down the legs.

I tracked him down in Nakano! He's a really cool little mini.

Here's a full body shot, looks like I've got the solid yellow leg line version. The other random pieces are just for scale.
