I'm pretty sure I won't be messing up anybody's bidding on YJP when I post this link: http://page18.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/w41667019 If I read the translated text well, it's a 65 Bullmark Marusan Pegira. But for Y300k? What's so special about these guys? I know, rarity and all that but this might just be serious money even in Tokyo, no? |

That is a great early edition Marusan with a side foot stamp and perfect paint, but the price is nuts. All his prices are nuts. The Peguira I won is actually quite different, and is from about 10 years later. |

You be surprised if a 1st version comes up, you can add a zero to that price. The last time I saw one for sale was when Madarake in Akihabara opened, $30,000. Yikes. |
