The seller is right, its a enemy of Tiger Seven made by Bullmark. Not sure of the dudes name though. The shows called Tetsujin Tiger Seven 鉄人タイガーセブン your basic early seventies tokusatsu. A guy on YJ is selling one but even he doesnt know what his name is. Nice score!

ah , found a site:

Mu Empire priest intending to revenge and take back the ground world of humanity now, Prince Gil. Bullmark made mini.
I can enjoy together the wonders of plastic mini 期Rashii but Kogane bullmark. Hidden under the mask, I wanted to put out the ugly face version.
Was released in a pattern of two sets sold separately and also sold. The colors in particular seems to be missing.

Mu Empire Priest, I guess

Now we know his name at least. Here's a shot of the whole mid scale Bullmark lineup for your checklist.

another reference for tiger7 villains - http://www.henshinhalloffame.com/tiger7/mu.htm

there are supposed to be subtle paint variants on each of the villains, im not sure what exactly they are though. there are also three versions of the mid-size tiger7, and two versions of the mid-size bootleg, the figure on the right in the photo above.

the mu priest and oil guy are amazing, i wish they made standard size of those.

Wow so many genjins in that last Empire of Mu reference !!! Looks like these may have been major inspirations for the Boryoku Genjin and the Gas Bawer, amongst others.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for this link - I used to access this site back in the day when it was at some bizarre URL then it disappeared and I thought it was gone forever.

My brain has gone all fuzzy... Can someone please remind me--is that tiger figure to the far right a boot leg of Tiger 7? And can you tell me any details on that figure please? Thank you!

That far right toy is a bootleg of Tiger 7. No details really just funny looking and a bit taller than the licensed versions. There are red boot versions and non red boot versions.
