Recently won this auction cheaply, and was wondering if someone could ID the maker of it:

Is it Bullmark? Popy? Is is sacrilege to unbag it? I doubt I could keep it bagged :)

Part 2 question:

Does anyone know where I could find more info on Non King Zaurus Popy toys? From some of the more obscure shows. Is there a checklist somewhere? I'm looking for other clear mid sized toys. I'm fascinated by Popy toys.

The logo on the lower right of the header looks like Takatoku.

Nice find- not too much yellowing!

Definitely Takatoku toys.

Heres the only one I have from the clear Popy series. Off the top of my head there is also a Barom One, Kikaida, Kamen Rider, and Fireman. Kamen Rider seems to be the priciest (although still pretty affordable).

Here is another pic I found of a group of Popy clears (except Kikaider on the right end which is Takatoku):

There is a Mazinger as well. It is the most expensive of all of them. There is a similar Gatchaman figure with inserts, but it was not part of this series, but still by popy, and in a flying pose.

Additionally, there are three DX versions of these clears that come boxed on rock platform bases.

That Mazinger robot looks great solid and even better clear. I'll have to add this to my want list  Thanks for posting a pic Kingboy.
