I have had this guy and his gold companion since I was about 5. I know that they came with a larger figure, probably a chogokin Mazinger, but I can't remember. I was just going through the garage to cull out some toys and finally found him again after several years.

Don't know alot about the show or the characters, but this is Robo Z from the show Robodatchi ( ロボダッチ ).
I know Imai and Aoshima made some plastic model kits from this show. Search the katakana on YJA and you will find a bunch of toys.

The other gold micro figure that was included must have been Tamagoro. Now if I could just find him and the full size bot that they came with.
