Picked it up randomly this weekend for 10 bucks. its about 11.5" tall a little worn. No manufacturer's mark anywhere, so I'm assuming its bootleg?

Goes to show you that digging pays off. Amazing find Frank. There are enumerous versions of this guy, but I have a soft spot for bootlegs of all kinds. For reference, here is a group shot from ToyboxDX.

i think i have that figure, and if i remember correctly it came with a bell and was a wind chime or something.
