Not so clear or great, but here is a larger res one you can at least blow up and zoom in on taken from the CKA sofvi blog.  And I think this is the reverse (front) side of them:

I dug through an old hard drive and found this header image. Not the greatest but a bit bigger and both sides. Appears to be a color copy of an original but not sure.
