Post subject:  unknown Gorilla wind-up

i hope this is appropriate to post here. picked this fella up today at a flea market. about 5 inches tall, rubber body, metal base, only markings are "Made in Japan" on the metal base. windup feature still works, looks as though he sort of waddles side to side as he moves forward. i've inspected him all over and there are no other markings. has anyone ever seen this toy? any information would be awesome. thanks!

I wrote a bunch of waffle and then decided to have a proper look online.
I found a Japanese blog which says its a King Kong 'Mock' . . . a bootleg Pachi toy to be sold abroad.
They make a connection to Ultra Q's 'Goro' by calling the toy 'Pachigoro'.

Cool toy!
