Haha -- I just refreshed and was slightly confused.

Can we get a new header while we're at it, maybe? I'm all for minimalism, but maybe something new wouldn't hurt?

I have a minor critique on the changes...

When I visit SB, I'll click a Topic...say 'Japan Toys' and then read what interests me therein. When finished... I'll click the 'Mark Topics Read' to clear out the unwanted topics and return to the main page.
'Japan Toys' will now not be highlighted in red. When I visit again I can automatically see when there are new posts in any given topic.

Now...with the sub-categories added, the Topics always remain highlighted in red, unless you were to clear out each sub-category. You are no longer able to see if there is a new post at a glance...without clicking through.

I hope that makes sense...I appreciate the tightening up of the forum, and I am still pretty new around here...just my two cents.

two quick questions:

I've noticed that skullbrain seems to run a little slow lately. pages hang for a bit , especially when checking messages. traffic? server issue?

do you think shikaruna or zollmen will ever get their own forums?

I noticed this too, extreme lagtime in some cases. Thought it was just my system though.

I'm not really into the way the subforums are handled but I'll get used to it. I wonder if it really makes sense to have the Custom Toys and Fan Art under "Show your Collection"? It seems kind lost there to me.

New layout looks better to me.

All the tourist forums in one area.
Focus on the Sell section with Wanted and Trade subcategories.
Henshin section could be interesting and compete with other boards.

Someone mispelled Micromen as Micomen.

Still kinda sluggish with page loads unfortunately.

I don't like the idea of subforums either. I don't want to have to click on japan toys to see if there is a new SB post only to find someone plus oneing the band wagon toy in some other forum.

At the Board Index, you can see if a subforum has new posts, the icon will be red.
