Just starting some dialogue for SBers who plan to attend this years NY Comic Con Feb 6-8th and the Brooklyn Many Mey Show at Mishka's store in Brooklyn. Who's going and what's everyone doing to converge. |

Already have a weekend pass to comic con and deffinitely checking out the Many Mey show. Any one know of any toys releasing at comic con yet? |

When and where is the show, and don't just tell me at the shop. and as far as I've seen there isn't to much of anything coming out as far as toys go.. and I'm down to link up with everyone before heading over to the show also.. |

It doesn't look like I can take the day off on Friday. But there is a red eye that will get me there Saturday morning. I'll be cutting it close because I only care about the one event Saturday afternoon. I'll fly back to LA sunday morning so that I can make it back to work on Monday. Any ideas for Saturday night? We can do pizza and Martinis. |

Well, if we're going to meet for the show at Mishka there are many options. One of my favorite joints is Baci & Abbracci. KILLER italian and some of the best wood-oven pizza I've ever had and it's really inexpensive. There are a few places in Williamsburg that are also reasonable, but I tend to go drinking at Iona's or Zablonski's then to a place called Teddy's (kind of a bar food restaurant). There's also a huge beer hall that has tons of beer and sausage / meats. I think High Five should still be open by the end of the show. I could ask Lev if he'd keep it open an hour later if there's going to be enough people who'd show. |

We could also take it across the street to the Trophy Bar from the Mishk store. |

High Five is closing sometime soon...so not sure this is an option... I think Joel's idea about Trophy Bar may be the easiest option...depending on how many many many people show up and want to hang. I'm in no matter what, even if we just end up roaming afterwards. |
