Motorhead is also part of the $5 deal. Horton Heat opens for them. I'm close to Steinway and Broadway, so more of "long island city" than the heart of Astoria. Kinda wish it was more in the heart - I had moved up to be closer to Greeks and there ain't none anywhere around where I'm at. |

Motorhead, I believe, sold out after some D-bag posted it on Brooklyn Vegan so I'm out for that show but I did get Edguy! Luna Mortis is opening, who I really love so that worked out. |

Long Island City is really more towards Queensboro Plaza And below 21st st. I used to be up that way all the time! I used to get Estes rockets right off Broadway and Steinway at Valco, right near the train station. |

WTF? some good shows there, especially for 5 bones... we need some of that love out west. i would be all up in it at that marduk show was gonna pick up that box set they released and then realized i no longer had a vcr to play the tape that came with it. i mean huh, who's bright idea was it to not include a dvd instead of the vcr tape. fuckin' swedes |

This love IS out West. Tix for HOB Sunset, Palladium, AValon etc... In fac u can partially thank me for getting these out there as I project managed getting the venue and event pages up pulling a few all nighters as a result. Hence the reason I look shagged out at SDCC....... |
