I know that, in theory, this is better suited to the Custom Toys area, but it's Chicago specific. Is there anyone here in the city that makes molds and does resin figures? I'm closing in on finishing a sculpt that I think I want to reproduce and was wondering if anyone would be cool enough to let me watch them do it before I went off on my own. Thanks! Ben |

Just watch tutorials online and ask questions. There's a bunch of us that would be glad to help. |

I just finished my first resin toy recently. I live here in the city. Here's a link to what it looked like. http://www.spankystokes.com/2009/10/mr-odobenus-fiesty-new-resin-walrus.html I'm not pro but I did learn all on my own. I could probably give you some tips if you need some. |
