I don't think he'd do it on his own, but I will. Steven (EBIII) has a clothing/resin toy shop up now. I think he mentioned it in the Resin section, but maybe people who don't care about resin don't check/know. He has some cool shirts though, I dig the "Huge Head" one. Anyway, thought I'd support some local stuff since we don't get a lot of it other then the awesome Rotofugi. ![]() http://shop.liverdiet.us/ Congrats Steven! Good luck, local support right here. Any other local toy/clothes/etc. produced things can get dropped in this thread too I figured. Kind of a generic "support the locals" type thread. |

Cool stuff and great idea. Sadly the local thing I support the most is food. My god the local restaurants around here are awesome! Does anyone in Chicago on the board promote shows or anything? |

i used to help promote for 1500 records, but those days are long gone. i still support threadless since they're local (and one of the two founders lives in my building) even though they've kinda outgrown themselves. actually, i'd pay for a series of classes for toy making classes if mr. erst would be so generous and willing. |

A "how to" summit would be awesome from anyone who knows what the hell they're doing. I've seen videos but honestly I kinda need to be somewhere watching it go down in person to get a feel for how stuff works. |
