Wow - that was a quick one. It must have been in the works for the past couple of weeks.

Meh... too expensive, too out of shape, and too fragile... better off without him.

I don't know about that, but if he does go and we get Arenas back it would be absolutely incredible

Just read that. When he's good..he's very good but he's so often injured.

I can't blame the warriors. He was wanting a long term deal and too much money. Like people have already said, he's injured too much. Last season was an aberration, there is no way he plays 82 games again. Don Nelson is going to be gone after this year, so they better start thinking long term, because they are going to have to restructure this team entirely for another coach. Unless they bring in D'antoni...don't think that's going to happen either.

crazy talk, how many games did he win for the warriors single handedly? Injured or not I would still want the ball in his hands at the end of a game.

21.8 ppg
7.6 apg
4.7 rpg
2.3 spg

but it's all in the past now, ESPN reports he signed with the Clippers, let's just hope for Arenas

when he left the Warriors I was completely heart broken

22 pts & 7.6 assist for a team that scored over 110 points a game. Those are numbers based on the system. Granted I really like Davis. I think he's a great player, when he's not injured. The money just wasnt worth it. He got a 5 year deal for big bucks. He'll be 34 when that deal is done. How many games do you think he'll play that 5th year? 40 maybe?

Here's the way that I usually look at something: if the clippers do it, it's probably not a good idea :D

Also, gilbert for 6 years at 125 million? He's going to cripple any team for years to come wherever he signs. You can't offload that contract somewhere else if you need to sign some guys.

well... can't blame him for taking the 5 year contract leaving, given how injury prone he is (think the warriors would have been nuts to giving him anywhere near what the clippers are giving)... but i really enjoyed watching him play. why couldn't KG be a free agent this year? :x

Warriors are after Elton Brand... Much safer alternative to Baron.

Wow. Ellis and Jackson were reasons #2 and #3 why the warriors were fun to watch. Sorry.

I'd be shocked if Brand went to the warriors. He and Davis are tight. I think they have been scheming to play in LA together.
