Hey guys, If you haven't heard about this yet, please stop by. Josh and I aready own several pieces by Mike and were way stoked to have him stop by the store.

Super7 is proud to host the dynamic, vivid work of animation veteran Michael V. Bennett! West Coast comic book fans will instantly recognize Bennett's bold, colorful blacklight imagery as a staple of comic conventions for years. Bennett's stream-of-conciousness imagery plays over a variety of themes, evoking a bizarre and fantastic world of Good against Evil, Magic, Science Fiction and Rock 'n Roll, presented with a keen sense of humor.

fuck. i really wanted to check out this show too. bennett's work is awesome.

Thanks. My back wheel got caught in the rail of the F line. Nothing too bad, I just have to get the back wheel trued, but it's still a pain in the ass.

man, those muni tracks are cycle death! nearly everyone i know who has been riding in SF has gotten stuck and jacked.

the bennett show is pretty amazing. we will post photos shortly.

I really love the work, and can't wait to hang the few i picked up! It blows my mind that he does on average 20 original pieces per week.

These are just a portion of what Bennett brought, we will get images of the rest online shortly. Please email or call the shop for sales inquiries, and reference the number on the piece if you can make it out. here are the prices, the pieces are all one of two sizes:

14" x 22" unframed - $42
14" x 22" framed -$55
22" x 28" unframed - $100
22" x 28" framed - $150

Had the pleasure of seeing this work on Sat!
It's a little overwhelming in total, but looking at individual pieces I quickly found stuff to my personal taste.
If you can, it's great to see it in person to fully appreciate.

Glenn of course got my personal fav. so post up a nice shot of the "Foreclosed Monsters" when you get a chance monkey boy!
