I am fine with any area but with a wife and 2 yr old I have to ask if this area, and a little bit of the surrounding area, are safe to be walking at night? http://maps.yahoo.com/#mvt=m&lat=37.786 ... 94109-5604 If so, does anybody know of a clean reasonably priced hotel nearby to recommend? |

big mug like you, probably ok, but with a wife and a 2 year old, I wouldn't risk it at night. the "Shooting Gallery" next door is a double entendre. I can give you guys a lift back to your hotel. I even have a baby seat ready to go for your daughter. |

thanks Kirkland, we do still need to find a hotel but if we do I'll take you up on that. Seems like a lot of them are sold out, is there something big going on this weekend? |

Another option is stay in Marin. Right by the Ferry http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/s ... in-county/ nice boat ride into the city, airport bus close by, a brewery. |
